The Gardens Garden Center

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our garden center is open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and Sundays from 10am to 5pm. Please note that we may close during severe weather conditions to ensure everyone's safety.
  • Where are you located?

    You'll find us at 9542 S University Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126. We're conveniently located with ample parking available for all our customers.
  • What's your return policy?

    We accept returns within 3 days of purchase when accompanied by your itemized receipt. Plants must be returned in good condition with their tags intact. Trees and shrubs come with a 1-year guarantee when purchased together with compost and root stimulator in the same transaction. Please note that sale items cannot be returned.
  • Do you offer planting services?

    Yes, we provide planting services for perennials, grasses, vines, trees, roses, shrubs, and evergreens. Delivery fees vary depending on your zip code - please call us for a specific quote. Our planting fees range from $10 to $250, based on the project.
  • Do you offer consultations?

    Yes, we provide 30-minute at-home consultations for $100. During this time, our experts can help diagnose issues, recommend suitable plants, provide lawn care advice, and address other gardening concerns you might have.
  • How do I join your VIP club?

    Joining our VIP club is easy! Simply text "TG" to (844) 741-3261 or register online through our website. Members receive exclusive coupons, early access to sales events, and are automatically entered into our drawing for a $100 gift card.
